Here at Make It Shabby, our favourite interior design trends for the new year is to keep things ‘Mother Nature’ bringing natural elements into the home and creating an organic space to the room. The majority of this will be from wooden furniture, such as tables, which can be renovated to create a clean looking finish. This will be complemented by wicker textures.
The big question is, how much do people spend on interior designs? The survey from Chill came up with some interesting stats. For example, did you know 42% of those surveyed would spend as much as 10% of their annual income on home interiors. 43% said they would focus on the living room, with 25% choosing the bedroom.
