In the winter my slow cooker is on almost every day! I love making a hearty beef casserole. No two are ever the same as I literally call it beef bitsa – Just Bits of this and that thrown in the pot – whatever veg need eating up etc
Shepherds pie, you can’t beat it, a real comfort food, always makes me feel better.
That would have to be sweet mince pies.
Home made tomato and smoked bacon sauce with spaghetti – real comfort food for the family.
Sausage and Parsnip risotto. So warming and comforting
