  1. This might be mega cheesy.. but I’m going to start looking after myself. If I take care of my body, it takes care of me. I’m stuck with it forever so I should treat it well! 🙂

  2. I plan to start walking more. I go walking anyway, but never really off the track exploring, so I plan to do that!

  3. To be more productive and procrastinate less – which I am already breaking by being on here and entering this comp. Help it be more productive by helping me win!

  4. My new years resolution is to spend more time with my extended family. Seeing them over Christmas has reminded me how much I love them all, and that I don’t see them as often as I should! x

  5. My New Years Resolution is to say “Yes” to adventure (even if I am scared!) and to grab 2015 and turn it on it’s head (a little bit). My default is “No” or “I can’t. This year it is “Yes” and “I can”.

  6. Take my own healthy yummy lunches to work.Day 3s is in the oven now… roasted veg with couscous and goats cheese!

  7. i am 50 in Feb and would like to finally go to Wimbledon to watch the tennis live and hopefully see some famous faces!

  8. Not to fall off the wagon again .. The gluten wagon, that is! Those French loaves and biscuits, just were not worth it .. I’ll be sticking like glue_tin to my gluten free this year!

  9. Mine is to take better care of myself, better food, less alcohol, more moving and lots of me time pampering!

  10. Lose weight its always my resolution. I lost 3 stone last year and put some back on through the year. Need to go all the way.

  11. to make a healthy meal plan every week, including my children in both the decisions and cooking when possible

  12. To lose 4 stone. I’ve already lost 3 stone in the past year and want to continue with my weightloss journey.

  13. To have a good declutter of my home, and finish all my decorating jobs that I’ve started but not finished.

  14. To have a clutter free home and mind, which is going slowly but surely lol should take about a year to achieve!!

  15. To Learn to drive. I am 52 and have had lessons here and there since 17
but due to confidence never got as far as a test. now my teenagers are out and about and needing to be safe.
I have to get some gumption and hit the road- so sorry here goes again.
(Note to ones self, it is not acceptable to drive a car through the gap between two cyclists
nd three point turns shouldn’t end up on the pavement and denting the car on a lamp post) .
I was 17 then I hasten to add. It gives me shivers just thinking about it x

  16. My new years resolution – at the start of last year my resolution was to take up running/exercise and get fit. I got completely hooked on that and this year my resolution is to take it to the next year. Training for a marathon this year, 2 half marathons and a few 10ks in there too, lots to do but really exciting.

  17. I have started to juice fruit and vegetables and am cutting out wheat and dairy products. Not too easy so far but should feel better this year.
